Rounding to the nearest thousandth means rounding the fractional part to just three numbers to the right of the decimal point. |

In order to round to the nearest thousandth, three places to the right of the decimal point, look at the number four places to the right of the decimal point. If the number is less than 5, just remove it. If the number is 5 or more, add 1 to the thousandth. Than 26.5648 must be rounded to 26.565 26.565 is the answer. |
