Solution                  Isolate the variable term on the left and numeric terms on right side.

                                                             Step 1:                      7x = 34 - 27

Solution                  Transferring 27 from right side and subtracting it from 34,we get 7.

                                                             Step 2:                      7x = 34 – 27 = 7

Solution                   Now dividing 7 by 7, we get 1.

Step 3:                       x = 7/7

Solution                    Answer is: x = 1
