Theoretical Versus Empirical Probability

                     Lesson 1

Problem:  Two friends are playing that includes dice.

                                                                                They rolled the dice then what is the probability the number appears

                                                                                 On the dice is the multiple of the 2

Solution     On  rolling the dice there are 6 possible outcomes that are [1,2,3,4,5,6]

Step 1:                      

Solution      Multiple of 2 are [2, 4, 6] so there are 3 outcomes                       

                                                            Step 2:                                  

Solution    so the probability of coming multiple of two is 3/6 = 1/2                       

                                                             Step 3:    

 Solution    Answer is: 1/2

 Step 4:

A.	You roll a SIX sided die. What is the probability that the value of roll be Two AND FOUR?
B.	What is the probability of the occurrence of digit four when an six-sided die is thrown?
