Multiplication/Division With Scientific Notation

                    Lesson 1

Problem:                   Multiply: (4x10^-4)•(6x10⁶)

Step 1: 4 • 6 = 24

Solution Now multiply the powers = 10^-4+6 = 10²

Step 2:                        

Solution = 24x10²

Step 3:           

                                                            Solution                    The answer is:  24x10²
