·         16+3                           16 + 3  = 19              

·         7+12                           7 + 12  = 19                 

·         2+15                           2 + 15  = 17                2 + 15 = 17

·         4+15                           4  + 15 = 19

Sum in each cell above is 19, so they are called number family of 19. But 2 + 15 is not number family of 19, as 2 + 15 = 17 and not 19.
